When do I get charged?
Charges are calculated based on successful orders where Fluxley facilitated the discount. Billing happens every 30 days through your Shopify invoice.
What counts as a "Fluxley-facilitated sale"?
Any order that uses a discount code generated through a Fluxley negotiation. If a customer negotiates but doesn't use the code, you're not charged.
Is there a free trial?
Fluxley is effectively always free to try - you only pay when you make sales. There's no commitment and you can uninstall anytime.
Can I test before going live?
Yes! If you're on a Shopify development store, Fluxley runs in demo mode with no real charges. You can test the full experience before launching.
